Website Designer/Developer (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) – Fixed Price Project

I will not accept proposals or communicate about this project outside of the Upwork platform. About the Project I am looking for a designer/developer to complete and refine a static website built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The website is hosted on Hostinger, and I will grant the selected contractor full access. The selected contractor will: • Build and edit the website using HTML/CSS/JavaScript. • Recreate 6 webpages from the provided mockups as closely as reasonably possible. • Design 3 additional branded webpages using the content I provide. They must follow the same branding and style as the existing pages. o “About the Founder” page – include my professional headshot, include 3 membership logos, & a personal message o “Pricing & Payment” page – link to forms of payment, list of accepted payments o “Media & Impact” page – include 3-5 testimonials, partnership logos, impact data, section for upcoming events, section to easily embed in the future input recording of Podcasts, YouTube, news articles, press, speaking engagements, event photos, conferences, markets & workshops • A few minor edits throughout the website, i.e., an anti-discrimination clause at the bottom of all pages & incorporate language regarding developing partnerships & building capacity • Test and fix bugs on the website in desktop, tablet, and mobile device view. • Suggest improvements or enhancements when appropriate. • Sign a separate contract outside of Upwork stating that all work created for this project will be the exclusive property of my business and that project materials must remain confidential and may not be shared or reused without my written permission. You will have the opportunity to read and review this before signing. • Consistently communicate openly, ask questions when needed, and provide honest professional recommendations. During the project, I am open to video calls through the Upwork platform as well as recording myself on Loom while sharing my screen to highlight comments on my website live. My design files are not in Figma. They are available in Adobe Illustrator, PNG, and PDF. I have the 6-page website mock-up, cover images, graphic elements, specific font download, and color HEX codes. I understand the recreated pages will not be identical to the originals. Still, I am looking for someone who can make them as close as reasonably possible using the materials provided. Project Structure This will be a fixed-price project with milestone payments agreed upon by both parties before work begins. At this stage, I am not requiring a quote. I am first looking to determine whether we are a good fit. My goal is to complete the project within 1–1½ weeks of signing the contract, recognizing that the timeline also depends on communication and feedback from both of us. During the interview stage, I will provide access to the current website and mockups so you can review the project, provide your feedback, and prepare a more accurate fixed-price quote. Please note that I am not able to budget in the thousands of dollars. If your expected pricing will exceed that range, this project is not the right fit. I have chosen not to disclose my budget upfront because I would like proposals to be based on the scope and complexity of the project rather than a target number.
