Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Website Designer who can create visually appealing, user-friendly websites and troubleshoot technical WordPress issues. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, experience working with WordPress, and the ability to diagnose and resolve website problems efficiently. Responsibilities .Design and develop modern, responsive websites using WordPress. .Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet client requirements. .Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues, including plugin conflicts, theme problems, performance issues, and site errors. .Perform website updates, maintenance, and security checks. .Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. .Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to implement best practices. .Create landing pages and website layouts that support lead generation goals. .Test websites across multiple browsers and devices. Qualifications .Must be based in the United States. .4+ years of WordPress website design and development experience. .Strong understanding of WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders. .Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. .Ability to troubleshoot WordPress errors and hosting-related issues. .Familiarity with website performance optimization and security practices. .Experience with SEO-friendly website design. .Portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and design work. Preferred Qualifications .Experience with WooCommerce. .Knowledge of website migrations and hosting environments. .Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools. .Experience working with marketing agencies.
