Website Development / Creative Director / PM

We are looking for a senior-level Creative Director / Project Lead to help guide the creative direction and execution of a highly polished, interactive website experience. This is not a traditional website project. The experience will use scroll, mouse movement, animation, transitions, and other forms of user interaction to reveal content, tell a story, and encourage exploration. We are looking for someone who understands how to bring together creative direction, interaction design, storytelling, and modern web technology to create something memorable. The ideal candidate has previously worked as a Creative Director, Digital Creative Director, Interactive Design Lead, or similar senior role and has experience delivering high-end digital experiences. You should be able to contribute to: * Creative direction and overall experience design * Interactive storytelling and user journeys * Scroll-driven and mouse-responsive experiences * Motion, transitions, and immersive web interactions * Translating creative concepts into practical web experiences * Providing direction and feedback to designers and developers * Maintaining an exceptionally high level of visual polish throughout the project * Managing priorities and helping move the project from concept through delivery We are particularly interested in candidates who understand what is technically possible with modern web technologies and can use that knowledge to inform the creative direction. Your proposal should include links to 2-5 examples of relevant work where you personally contributed to the creative direction or delivery of an interactive, immersive, or highly polished web experience. We are looking for someone who can bring their previous experience, creative judgment, and technical understanding directly into this project and help us produce work at a very high standard.
