Website Operations & Growth Manager – TrickMeNot.ai Project Overview We are seeking an experienced **independent freelancer** to take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of **TrickMeNot.ai**, an AI-focused website. This role goes beyond basic website maintenance. We are looking for a hands-on partner who can oversee technical operations, improve user experience, increase organic traffic, manage affiliate relationships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue. **Please note: We are not seeking agencies or teams. Individual freelancers only.** The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and experienced with content-driven websites, SEO, affiliate marketing, and AI-related products. Scope of Work - Website Management & Maintenance - Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Manage software updates, plugins, and website security - Optimize site speed and user experience - Ensure all content and features function properly across devices SEO & Traffic Growth * Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic * Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities * Audit and optimize existing content for search performance * Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices * Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and competitor activity Content Management * Maintain and update website content * Coordinate content creation and publishing schedules * Identify opportunities for programmatic SEO and scalable content initiatives * Ensure content aligns with brand standards and search intent Affiliate Program Growth * Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partnerships * Monitor affiliate performance and optimize conversions * Research and recommend new monetization opportunities * Track affiliate revenue and provide regular reporting Analytics & Reporting * Monitor key performance indicators, including traffic, conversions, affiliate revenue, and user engagement * Provide weekly and monthly performance reports * Recommend data-driven improvements and growth initiatives Required Qualifications * Proven experience managing and growing content-based websites * Strong understanding of SEO, including technical, on-page, and content optimization * Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership management * Familiarity with AI tools, AI content platforms, or SaaS businesses * Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools * Strong project management and communication skills * Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for growth Preferred Qualifications * Experience implementing programmatic SEO strategies * Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS management) * Experience increasing affiliate revenue for online businesses * Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing Proposal Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
