I’m looking for an experienced website page speed consultant to review a recently launched static HTML/CSS/JS website and provide clear guidance on how to improve performance. The site was previously scoring decent on a temporary staging domain, but after moving it to a new hosting/server setup, the mobile PageSpeed score dropped. I’m trying to understand whether the main issues are coming from the code, images, server configuration, caching, compression, CDN setup, or third-party scripts like GTM/Jotform.
