Website Refresh & Social Media Manager

We are a growing tax preparation and accounting firm looking to completely refresh our digital footprint. We want to overhaul our current WordPress website and implement a forward-looking organic growth strategy. We are deliberately moving away from traditional Google and Meta paid ads. Instead, we want to focus heavily on modern, AI-optimized SEO, organic discovery, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Responsibilities Website Refresh: Modernize our existing site to look premium, trustworthy, and professional. Improve the user experience (UX) so it clearly communicates our tax services and drives visitor conversions. AI SEO Strategy: Optimize our platform for AI-powered search engines and aggregators (like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Claude and Google Search Generative Experience). Organic Search Engine Optimization: Conduct keyword research tailored to high-intent tax clients, optimize on-page elements, and fix technical SEO issues. Conversion Rate Optimization: Build clear funnels, booking widgets, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that turn passive organic traffic into scheduled tax consultations. Required Skills & Experience Proven portfolio of modern web design/refresh projects (experience with professional services or financial firms is a major plus).Deep understanding of modern SEO, including Schema markup, structured data, and optimizing content for LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI search behaviors. Strong knowledge of content strategy that builds topical authority without relying on paid ad spend. Experience with conversion-focused design and analytics tracking.
