Website & Social Media Content Assistant

I'm looking for a reliable, creative VA to manage my website content, edit video content, and handle social media scheduling and posting. The role involves creating automations in MailerLite (or Aweber). This is ongoing, part-time work. Requires proven experience with video-editing, creating reels, posting, Responsibilities: • Create and edit email automations/sequences in MailerLite (we may be migrating to AWeber — experience with both is a plus, or ability to learn quickly) • Migrate all contacts from Trello into Notion, organized and tagged appropriately • Draft and send a re-permission email to existing contacts inviting them to join my email list • Help grow and maintain a clean, organized mailing list going forward • Flag opportunities to improve email performance (open rates, automation flow, list segmentation) Website tasks: • Upload blog posts • Upload video clips/reels • Update content on my speaker one-sheet • Edit page layouts and update content as needed • Add a new paid product/offer section (blueprint / intuition guides) • Update links to social media profiles • Update/replace the primary logo • Incorporate new "call forward" content into the "journey to purpose" section Video editing tasks: • Edit existing raw video/podcast content • Add branded intro/outro to videos • Cut long-form content into short reels • Post finished videos to social media and the website Social media tasks: • Upload blog posts to relevant channels • Schedule posts in Buffer (blog links, videos, reels, and stories) to apply: please include: • Examples of email automations you've built (screenshots or Loom walkthrough welcome) • A brief note on your experience moving/organizing contact lists • Portfolio/examples of website work and video edits (reels especially) • Which website platform(s) and scheduling tools you have experience with
