Website Update and Design

Hello esteemed designer I need someone to update my existing website, networkresource.com. The site is currently hosted with InMotion Hosting. You can check it out to get an idea. The website should be cleaned up and modernized, but it does not need to be complicated. I want it to look professional, be easy to use, and work well on phones and computers. The update should include: * A simple chat feature so visitors can contact me to my phone (not sure what app does that) * A working online form where potential clients can submit requests * Form fields for name, company, email, phone number, issue description, and urgency * Form submissions should be emailed to us * The site should continue working with InMotion Hosting Please include your estimated cost, timeline, and any recommended tools or plugins.
