About Us We're building an AI-powered platform and are looking for someone who loves finding problems before users do. This is not just a bug testing role. We're looking for someone who naturally thinks like a user, notices confusing experiences, and constantly asks, "How can this be easier?" If you're the type of person who spots poor UX, confusing buttons, unnecessary clicks, broken flows, or things that just "don't feel right," we'd love to work with you. What You'll Do You'll use our website exactly like a normal customer and thoroughly test every feature. Your responsibilities include: Test all website modules and features Find bugs, UI issues and unexpected behavior Identify confusing user journeys and usability problems Point out unnecessary steps or user friction Suggest improvements that make the website easier and faster to use Test forms, payments, navigation, search, user accounts and all major workflows Verify everything works across desktop and mobile browsers Re-test fixes after they're implemented Maintain detailed bug reports with screenshots and videos when necessary Think beyond bugs and recommend ways to improve the overall user experience We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent attention to detail Has outstanding common sense Naturally notices things that others miss Thinks from a customer's perspective Enjoys improving products Can clearly explain problems and suggest practical solutions Is proactive rather than waiting for instructions Is comfortable testing the same feature multiple times Experience with QA tools is a bonus, but good judgment is more important.
