Website UX & Speed Optimization Specialist We are seeking an experienced website optimization specialist to improve the speed, user experience, and conversion performance of our established counseling practice website. Project Goals: * Improve website loading speed and overall performance. * Enhance user experience and visual appeal. * Increase visitor engagement and time spent on pages. * Improve calls-to-action and conversion rates for consultation requests. * Identify and implement recommendations for SEO and website effectiveness. Requirements: * Proven experience with website speed optimization. * Strong UX/UI design skills. * Experience improving website conversions and user engagement. * Please include examples of websites you have optimized and a brief summary of the results achieved. This is an existing website. We are not looking for a full redesign, but rather strategic improvements that enhance performance, usability, and marketing effectiveness.
