Website QA Testing Scope – ScanMyPetNow MVP We need a freelancer to test a new MVP website for a QR pet ID / lost pet recovery service. Website to Test ScanMyPetNow.com Testing may include live pages, demo pages, checkout/sandbox pages, and pet profile demo pages. Main Goal Find bugs, broken links, layout problems, confusing text, checkout issues, mobile display problems, and anything that would prevent a customer, pet finder, vet, groomer, or reseller from understanding and using the site. Pages / Flows to Test Please test the following: Homepage Navigation menu and footer links How It Works page Pricing / shop page if active Demo pet profile page Owner dashboard / edit profile demo Finder scan flow Contact Support form Checkout flow / PayPal sandbox flow if enabled Confirmation / thank-you page Mobile experience on phone Tablet and desktop display Functional Testing Please check: All buttons work All links go to the correct pages Home button works from every page Forms submit correctly Required fields are marked correctly Error messages are understandable QR / demo pet profile link opens correctly Demo profile looks realistic and trustworthy Call / email / contact buttons work as expected Checkout buttons load correctly Cancelled payment flow works Failed payment flow works if testable Successful sandbox checkout flow works if testable Mobile / Browser Testing Please test on as many of the following as possible: iPhone Safari iPhone Chrome Android Chrome Desktop Chrome Desktop Edge Desktop Safari if available Tablet if available UX / Customer Feedback Please also comment on: Is the site clear within 5–10 seconds? Do you understand what the product does? Does anything imply GPS tracking when it should not? Does the pricing or subscription language confuse you? Would a pet owner trust this site? Would a vet, groomer, or seller understand the product? What text should be clearer? What images look weak, confusing, or unprofessional? Deliverables Required Please provide: Bug list in spreadsheet or table format Screenshot for each bug when possible Device and browser used Severity: Critical / High / Medium / Low Steps to reproduce each issue Suggested fix or comment Short overall summary of whether the site is ready for customers Bug Report Format Please use this format: Page: Device/browser: Issue: Steps to reproduce: Screenshot: Severity: Suggested fix: Important Restrictions Do not use real credit cards. Do not enter real customer information. Do not perform penetration testing or hacking. Do not request admin, hosting, PayPal live, domain, or database credentials. Testing is limited to normal user/customer behavior unless otherwise approved. Expected Completion This is a small MVP website test. Please complete the first test pass and deliver the report within 24–48 hours after receiving the test link and instructions.
