We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a website with a booking platform similar to Airbnb but simpler. The project involves creating a user-friendly interface for clients to book services and vacation rentals. Necessary features include: search by dates, interactive map, property pages with photos, calendar availability with ical syncing capability, instant booking & booking requests, secure payment processing, security deposit handling, reviews, host dashboard 7 messaging between hosts & guests. This site will also have different pages with local recommendations & also provide booking for other services & rentals. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development and booking systems, ensuring a seamless user experience. The project is part-time and expected to last 1 to 6 months.
