Website with interactive 3D homepage piece

Project Overview I'm looking for an experienced web designer/developer (or agency) to create a premium, modern agency website with a strong focus on interactive design, motion, and a high-end user experience. The goal is to create a website that feels expensive, memorable, and different from standard agency websites. What I'm Looking For Homepage Experience The homepage should immediately create a "wow factor" when visitors arrive. I have a concept in mind involving: An interactive 3D or immersive visual experience above the fold Smooth animations and transitions High-end motion design Premium, luxury-style presentation Modern interactions that feel polished and intentional Technologies such as Three.js, WebGL, Spline, GSAP, Framer Motion, Rive, or similar are welcome if appropriate. Scroll Interactions I particularly like the effect where: A section/card becomes pinned while scrolling The next card slides or layers over it The user progresses through content via animated card transitions Normal scrolling resumes once the section is completed If you've built similar experiences before, I'd love to see examples.
