Wedding/Event Concept Illustrator Needed

We are looking for a talented event illustrator, event designer, or architectural visualization artist to create professional concept renderings for our destination wedding in Dominican Republic. The goal is not full architectural plans, but beautiful visual concepts that help communicate the design vision to vendors, rental companies, production teams, and family members before the event. Project Scope We will provide: Venue photos and measurements Floor plans/layouts Inspiration images and mood boards Decor references Furniture and rental selections We need visual renderings/concept sketches of: Ceremony setup Reception layout Dance floor design Stage and DJ area Lounge areas Dessert station Welcome area Overall guest flow and event layout Style We are looking for visuals that feel: Elegant Luxury High-end wedding editorial Realistic enough to understand scale and placement Beautiful enough to present to vendors Examples may include: Hand-drawn event illustrations Digital event sketches Architectural-style renderings Wedding concept visualizations Deliverables High-resolution PNG and PDF files Multiple viewpoints/angles when needed Ability to make revisions based on feedback Organized files suitable for sharing with vendors To Apply Please send: Portfolio of wedding or event renderings Examples of venue transformations you have illustrated Your process and timeline Estimated cost for: Single area rendering (ex. ceremony only) Full wedding project Experience with luxury weddings, destination weddings, hospitality events, or event production design is highly preferred.
