Wedding Photo Editor Needed for Color Correction & Retouching (Ongoing)

We're a wedding photography studio looking for a skilled photo editor to join us on an ongoing basis. We shoot multiple weddings each month and need a reliable editor to help us deliver beautiful, consistent galleries to our couples on time. What you'll do: - Cull and select the best images from raw wedding shoots - Color correct and color grade images for a consistent, natural, true-to-life look - Perform skin retouching, blemish removal, and basic object/background cleanup - Match our studio's editing style across full galleries (typically 400-800 images per wedding) - Export and organize final galleries to our delivery specifications What we're looking for: - Proven experience editing wedding or portrait photography (please share a portfolio) - Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop - A great eye for color, skin tones, and consistency across a full gallery - Ability to work from and apply preset/style guidelines - Reliable communication and the ability to meet agreed turnaround times Details: - Ongoing, long-term collaboration with steady weekly volume - Remote, flexible hours - We'll start with a small paid test edit (one set of images) to make sure our styles align In your proposal, please include a link to your portfolio of edited wedding/portrait work and let us know your typical turnaround time per gallery.
