Weekend App Tester — Fresh Install + Basic Testing (Windows or Mac) — Recurring Weekly Gig

We're MindsHub (mindshub.ai), an AI workspace app by MindsDB. We ship new desktop builds regularly and need testers to check them every weekend on a real Windows or Mac machine. This is NOT a QA specialist role — no test automation or QA tools needed. You just follow our simple checklist and report what you find. Great as a recurring side gig. WHAT YOU'LL DO (each weekend, ~2–4 hours): - Do a fresh install of our desktop app on your Windows or Mac machine (we provide the build and instructions) - Create an account and run through a short checklist of basic functions (sign-up, running a task, settings, etc.) - Record your session with Loom (free) showing any bugs or odd behavior - Report bugs in a simple format we provide: what you did, what happened, what you expected, plus the Loom link - Confirm "all clear" if everything works REQUIREMENTS: - Your own Windows 10/11 PC or Mac (macOS 13+) where you can install and uninstall apps — tell us which one you have - Reliable internet - Available a few hours every weekend (Sat or Sun, your choice) - Comfortable recording your screen with Loom and narrating in basic English - Detail-oriented — you notice when something looks broken or confusing PAY & TERMS: - Hourly Rate - Ongoing weekly engagement — we're looking for someone reliable long-term - We're hiring for both Windows and Mac, so we may hire 2+ people TO APPLY, include: 1.
