Weekend Customer Support Rep

About the Role We are a growing real estate media company looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Light Customer Support Agent to join our weekend team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients — helping them schedule appointments, answering questions, and handling minor media editing requests using our AI-powered tools. You will work alongside one other support agent during your shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates exceptionally well in English, and is comfortable navigating online software systems. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and manage client appointments using our internal scheduling system Process minor floor plan corrections as requested by clients Handle basic photo editing requests using our AI-powered tools (no prior Photoshop experience required) Manage and track customer interactions through HubSpot CRM Collaborate with a co-agent on weekends to ensure seamless client coverage Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Qualities Complete fluency in English — both spoken and written, with strong conversational ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you are warm, professional, and a natural people person Reliable and punctual — you show up for your shifts and follow through on commitments Strong critical thinking skills — able to assess situations and make sound, independent decisions Comfortable learning and navigating web-based software platforms Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Nice to Have Prior experience in customer service or a support role Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Background in real estate, photography, or media services Work Schedule Days: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (PHT) You will be working alongside one other customer support agent during your shift Tools You’ll Be Working With HubSpot — for customer relationship management and support ticketing Internal scheduling platform — for booking and managing client appointments AI-powered editing tools — for floor plan corrections and photo adjustments (training provided) Phone/VoIP system — for handling inbound customer calls CubiCasa - for Floor Plans Canva - branding floor plans Slack - Communication platform Why Join Our Team Work from home — fully remote position Supportive team environment with clear processes and training Consistent weekend schedule so you can plan your week Be part of a creative, fast-growing real estate media company How to Apply If you are enthusiastic about delivering great customer experiences and meet the qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you.
