Weekend Customer Support Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to handle inquiries over weekends and holidays. The specialist must be available on short notice to work weekends to support our platform and to answer any customer questions and offer support. Must be excellent in speaking and writing English without a heavy accent and able to handle and act on pre-provided instructions. Must begin addressing customer service questions and concerns within minutes of receipt. Access to a computer during work hours is also needed to email documents to customers when requested. Experience in customer service is essential.
