Weekly Film-Industry Lead Sourcing & Contact Enrichment Specialist (Ongoing)

Overview We're a production accounting & payroll company that tracks new film and TV productions every week. We're looking for a detail-obsessed sourcing specialist to enrich a weekly list of productions with accurate contact information. Each Sunday you'll receive a spreadsheet of productions, and you'll return it fully completed by Monday 7:00 AM PT. This is a recurring weekly engagement for the right person. What you'll do Each week you'll receive an Excel sheet pre-loaded with a list of productions (Company Name). For each production you will: Identify the key contact(s) using our film database (ProdPro — credentials provided) and public sources Source and fill in: First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Phone (mobile), Email, and a Note summarizing the production details Return the completed sheet in our exact format, leaving Contact Owner blank Deliverable — exact format The columns are: Company Name | First Name | Last Name | Job Title | Phone | Email | Note | Contact Owner We provide the template. You'll work directly in the Excel sheet we share — the columns are already set up. Do not change the format, headers, or column order; just fill in your sourced data and return the same file. Company Name is pre-filled. You complete First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Phone, Email, and Note. Note = key details about the production. Contact Owner — leave blank (we assign internally). Accuracy requirements (critical) Every phone number and email must be cross-referenced across at least three sources: (1) LinkedIn, (2) public web information, and (3) a phone-number sourcing service before you enter it. We want mobile numbers. If a verified phone or email cannot be found, leave the cell blank — do not guess or enter unverified data. Accuracy matters far more than fill rate. Tools You're free to use your own sourcing tools and services. We provide ProdPro credentials (our film database). Schedule Sheet sent Sunday; completed sheet due Monday 7:00 AM PT, every week. Volume varies week to week depending on how many productions are active. Onboarding Before your first batch, we'll hold a short onboarding call (screen-share, ~30–45 minutes) where I'll walk you through the full workflow end to end: how to use ProdPro, which contacts to pull for each production, our accuracy/cross-referencing standard, how to fill the sheet correctly, and what goes in the Note. Please have a working microphone and screen-share capability. Pay & structure $50 per week (fixed price), ongoing weekly. Your first week is a paid trial — same $50 rate — so we can confirm quality and fit before we settle into the ongoing weekly cadence.
