Weekly Live Show Producer — Streaming, Editing & Social Clips (Ongoing)

I'm a teacher and author in the consciousness and relational development space, and I'm launching a weekly live call-in show. I need a skilled producer to own the technical and editorial side so I can focus entirely on the conversation. This is an ongoing weekly role — I'm looking for someone reliable who wants to grow with the show long-term. What you'll do each week: Run the live stream — set up and operate the broadcast on show day (Streamyard, Restream, or Zoom webinar). Manage the tech in real time so the show runs smoothly. Edit the full episode — produce a clean, polished full-length video for YouTube and audio for podcast distribution. Create social clips — pull 3–6 highlight clips per episode for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. AI-assisted tools (Opus Clip, Descript, etc.) are encouraged. What I'm looking for: Proven experience running live streams — you've done this before and know how to handle issues in real time Clean, professional video and audio editing Comfortable using AI clipping tools to work efficiently Turnaround within 48 hours of the show Strong English communication and reliability — this is a weekly commitment Experience with conscious, spiritual, or personal development content is a plus About the show: The show is a live call-in format — guests and callers join live to explore themes around consciousness, relational development, and personal growth. Think thoughtful, deep conversation with real audience interaction. The tone is warm and substantive, not hype. Commitment: ~5–8 hours per week, ongoing. Consistent weekly schedule.
