Weekly 1:1 Productivity & Personal Structure Coaching (for Founders)

I run one business, but with an enormous number of projects and moving parts running at the same time. I'm good at solving problems in the moment, but I struggle to bring consistent structure to how I work day to day, things tend to live in my head or scattered across ad hoc systems rather than one reliable process. Looking for weekly 1:1 video sessions with a productivity coach who works with real founders/entrepreneurs juggling a lot at once, not generic time-management advice. What I'm looking for: - Experience coaching founders or busy professionals specifically, ideally people managing many simultaneous projects within one business - Comfortable working with my actual current workload and habits rather than a fixed template - Familiarity with systems like GTD, Building a Second Brain, or similar — but flexible enough to adapt rather than force one framework - Available for a recurring weekly call, 45–60 minutes Format: Weekly video call (Zoom/Google Meet), hourly rate, open to your rate proposal.
