We have disbursed over NGN 12 billion in credit in the last 12 months. Our field sales team generates data daily. We need a sharp analyst on a monthly retainer to turn it into clean, on-time reports. MONTHLY DELIVERABLES (fixed scope, about 10 hours per week) Monday KPI pack, delivered every Monday by 8:00 AM WAT: sales vs target, collections rate, new funded customers, pipeline by territory, visits per rep. Template provided. Weekly Zoho CRM reconciliation: match field reports to CRM records and deliver a short exceptions list of gaps and inconsistencies. Dashboard maintenance: keep our Excel/Google Sheets dashboards current and accurate. Month-end one-page performance recap. PAYMENT 160 USD fixed monthly milestone, released on delivery of the month's outputs. Long-term engagement, renewable monthly. YOU MUST HAVE Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts — you will be tested) CRM experience (Zoho preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce acceptable) Fluent written English and a clear, short reporting style Total reliability — the Monday 8:00 AM WAT deadline never slips NICE TO HAVE Power BI or Looker Studio, SQL basics, experience in lending, microfinance, or FMCG distribution.
