Weekly Static Ad Designer

We're a service-based company that does interior and exterior cladding, and we're looking for a designer to create static ads for us on an ongoing weekly basis. We want someone who knows how to run Facebook ads effectively and can build high-converting, scroll-stopping ads — not just make something that looks nice, but creative that actually performs.
