SOURCING (IMPORTANT): I send NO files. Every video is public on my channel. You download it yourself from the YouTube link I provide (yt-dlp, 4K Video Downloader, or your method) at the highest available resolution. These are my videos — you're authorized to pull them. The only file transfer is YOU sending ME the finished work. WORKFLOW: Build the Short FIRST (find the single best moment). Hook must land in the first 1 second. End card: "Watch the full video" + the title. NON-NEGOTIABLE: Real faces, real footage only. No AI faces, ever. Burned-in captions on the hook. Royalty-free music only.
