WhatsApp Business API & CRM Integration Consultant for UK Recruitment Agency

We are a UK healthcare recruitment agency looking for an expert to redesign and implement our WhatsApp communication system. Current Issues WhatsApp Business accounts are frequently being restricted. We have recruiters and compliance staff who all need to communicate with candidates independently. Conversations sometimes overlap, causing confusion for candidates. We need a professional multi-user solution that is simple for our team. We want to continue using WhatsApp as our main communication channel without changing the experience for our candidates and clients. We need to safely contact hundreds of new candidates and pharmacy clients while remaining compliant with Meta's policies. What We Need We are looking for an expert who can recommend and implement the best solution, whether using the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) or another suitable platform. The solution should: Support multiple recruiters and compliance staff. Assign conversations to individual team members. Prevent staff from interfering with each other's chats. Reduce or eliminate WhatsApp restrictions. Integrate with our CRM where appropriate. Be simple to use and scalable as our business grows.
