# WhatsApp Chatbot Developer for Medical Practice We are looking for an experienced developer to help us design and build a WhatsApp chatbot and patient data system for a medical practice with multiple clinic locations. The goal is to automate common patient interactions, organize data, and create a foundation for future growth. ## What We Need ### 1. Architecture & Technology Selection Help us choose the best stack based on: * Low monthly costs * Reliability * Scalability * Data ownership We are open to self-hosted solutions (n8n, PostgreSQL, VPS, etc.) or cloud solutions if they make more sense. ### 2. WhatsApp Integration We need guidance on the best way to connect with WhatsApp while complying with Meta policies. We want help with: * WhatsApp Business Platform setup * Opt-in strategy and patient consent * Best practices to avoid bans or spam issues * Future support for broadcast messaging ### 3. AI Chatbot Build an AI-powered chatbot using ChatGPT, Gemini, or a similar model. The chatbot should: * Answer common questions * Route patients to the correct clinic * Follow predefined workflows * Stay focused on clinic-related topics * Log conversations into a database The knowledge base should be easy to expand over time as we add new FAQs, procedures, and clinic information. ### 4. Database Create a centralized database to store: * Patient information * Clinic locations * Conversation history * Contact records ### 5. Minor assist in VPS to make sure its running all apps correctly I have SysOps experience, I would not expect you to setup a full VPS with the services, just guide as though the setup and make sure services are running as expected (API's, Docker, etc) ## How to Apply Please include: 1.
