WhatsApp AI Chatbot – Webinar Funnel Automation

I run a one-man animation studio and host pre-recorded webinars on WebinarKit. I need a WhatsApp chatbot that handles the full funnel: reminder sequences leading up to the webinar, then post-webinar follow-up with an AI that can answer questions and move leads toward booking a strategy call on Cal.com. **What I already have:** - An active WhatsApp Business account - A Google Sheet that already logs every new registrant coming in from WebinarKit **What it needs to do:** - Trigger on WebinarKit registration via webhook - Send scheduled reminders (confirmation, day before, hour before, post-webinar follow-up) - Hand off to a conversational AI loop for inbound replies - AI handles questions, objections, and books appointments via Cal.com link - Responses powered by Claude (Anthropic API) — not a scripted flow bot **Budget constraint:** I don't want to use Go High Level or any platform with a $100–200/month subscription. I want something lean and affordable to run long-term. I'm leaning toward WhatsApp Cloud API + Make.com + Claude API. If you have a better suggestion at a lower ongoing cost, I'm open to it. **Important:** The Claude system prompt and conversation training will be handled by us after handoff.
