McCall Digital Marketing is a growing paid media agency specializing in Meta and Google Ads management for e-commerce brands. We handle client relationships, strategy, and ad creative in-house — we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Google & Meta Ads Manager to run the backend of our client accounts: campaign setup, day-to-day optimization, and monthly analytics and reporting. This is NOT a one-off project. This is an ongoing, white-label partnership — you'll work behind our brand, managing accounts we bring to you. As our client roster grows, so does your workload and your pay. You will never need to find your own clients or handle billing — we manage all of that. You just need to be excellent at running profitable Meta and Google Ads accounts. What You'll Do • Build and launch Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping, prospecting, and retargeting) for e-commerce clients • Build and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for e-commerce clients • Manage ongoing bid, budget, audience, and keyword optimization across all active accounts • Set up and QA conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API) • Deliver a monthly performance report per client with clear, actionable optimization suggestions • Flag risks, opportunities, and creative fatigue signals back to our team What You Won't Have to Do • No client calls or client-facing communication — we own the client relationship • No ad creative or content production — we handle strategy, scripting, and creative in-house • No sales, prospecting, or invoicing clients — we bring you the accounts and pay you directly Requirements • Google Ads certification required (Search, Shopping, and/or Performance Max) Meta Blueprint / Meta certification preferred • 2+ years managing e-commerce Meta and Google Ads accounts with real budget responsibility • Fluent written and spoken English — you'll be sending us reports and updates our clients may see • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once and prioritizing across them • Available for at least a few overlapping hours with US time zones for check-ins Compensation & Growth • $350/month per active client account to start, reviewed after the first 60 days • Increases to $450/month per account as you take on more clients and prove consistent results • This is an ongoing role that grows with our agency — the more clients we bring on, the more accounts (and income) come your way To Apply Please include: • Links to 2-3 e-commerce Meta or Google Ads accounts you've managed (results/screenshots preferred, client names can be redacted) • Your Google Ads and/or Meta certifications • A one-paragraph answer: "What's the first thing you check when a Meta or Google Ads account's CPA suddenly increases?"
