# White Label Performance Marketing Agency Partner (Google Ads, Tracking & Reporting) ## Overview We are looking for a long-term white-label agency partner to support our growing portfolio of clients. This is not a freelancer position. We are specifically looking for an established agency with proven expertise in Google Ads, tracking, analytics, attribution, reporting, and conversion optimization. Initially, we expect approximately 15 hours of work per week, but our intention is to build a long-term partnership that can scale as we continue to grow. We are looking for a partner that can become an extension of our team rather than a simple external supplier. --- ## What You'll Be Doing You will be assigned a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for ensuring their advertising accounts are actively managed, monitored, optimized, and strategically improved. Each client account should receive a thorough review at least once per week. Responsibilities include: * Google Ads campaign management * Performance analysis * Budget optimization * Audience optimization * Search term analysis * Identifying opportunities for growth * Detecting and solving performance issues * Strategic recommendations * Conversion optimization recommendations * Tracking audits and improvements * Reporting and dashboard management We expect a proactive mindset. We are looking for people who identify opportunities before clients ask for them. --- ## Strategic Thinking Is More Important Than Button Pushing Many agencies know how to operate Google Ads. Far fewer agencies truly understand how customers think. We are looking for a partner that can deeply understand: * The client's business * The client's market * The client's customers * The customer journey * Customer motivations and objections The best ideas often come from understanding human behavior rather than platform features. We value agencies that challenge assumptions, test new angles, think creatively, and continuously search for better ways to generate results. --- ## Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization Advertising performance does not end when someone clicks an ad. You should be comfortable reviewing landing pages and identifying opportunities to improve conversion performance. This includes: * Landing page reviews * Conversion bottleneck analysis * User journey improvements * CRO recommendations * New landing page concepts * Messaging recommendations You do not need to design or build landing pages yourself, but you should be able to provide clear and actionable recommendations. --- ## Tracking & Analytics Expertise (Critical Requirement) One of the most important parts of this role is measurement. We consider tracking and attribution to be the foundation of performance marketing. The ideal agency has strong experience with: * Google Tag Manager (GTM) * Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Advanced event tracking * Conversion tracking implementation * Enhanced Conversions * Attribution modelling * Lead tracking * Funnel tracking * Tracking audits * Troubleshooting tracking issues * Data validation and quality control Google Ads management without reliable measurement is not something we are interested in. While Google Ads will be the primary focus, we occasionally require support with tracking implementations for other channels as well, including: * Meta Ads conversion tracking * Meta Conversions API * Additional attribution and measurement integrations --- ## Reporting & Dashboard Setup This role includes both recurring work and project-based work. In addition to ongoing account management, there will be situations where a new client requires: * Dashboard creation * KPI framework setup * Reporting implementation * Tracking audits * Measurement architecture * Analytics configuration Every two weeks, we expect a concise report for each active client covering: * Results achieved * Key insights * Challenges encountered * Actions completed * Recommendations * Opportunities identified We value meaningful analysis and practical recommendations, not generic automated reports. --- ## Working With AI-Powered Internal Systems Our company invests heavily in proprietary AI-powered systems. These tools automatically collect advertising data, analyze performance, identify anomalies, surface opportunities, and generate recommendations. Our vision is simple: Human specialists should spend their time on strategy, creativity, customer understanding, decision-making, and growth. Tasks focused on reviewing historical data, finding problems, identifying trends, and generating first-level analysis are increasingly being automated through our internal systems. The selected agency will be expected to work closely with these tools by: * Reviewing AI-generated recommendations * Validating insights * Logging completed work * Documenting actions taken * Updating task statuses * Following internal workflows The tools are continuously improved based on operational needs and feedback from the people using them. We are looking for agencies that embrace technology and see AI as a productivity multiplier rather than a threat. --- ## Language Requirements Most advertising campaigns are targeted at Dutch-speaking audiences. However, native Dutch is **not** a requirement. We perform our own internal quality control and review process for ad copy, messaging, and campaign deliverables when necessary.
