White-Label SEO / AEO / GEO Strategist for Nonprofit Marketing Agency
Worldwide
We’re a boutique marketing agency that specializes in serving nonprofit organizations, and we’re looking for an experienced search visibility strategist to become our long-term white-label partner. This is not a typical SEO freelancer role. We’re looking for someone who understands where search is headed—not just traditional SEO, but also Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-powered search experiences. Just as importantly, we want someone who can help us build a repeatable service offering that we can confidently provide to nonprofit clients. About Us We help nonprofit organizations tell their stories, grow awareness, and increase impact through branding, websites, digital marketing, content creation, and advertising. Many of our clients need either: * Existing websites optimized for search visibility, or * Brand-new websites built with search best practices from the ground up. This position will be completely white label. You will work alongside our internal team and will not typically communicate directly with clients. We’re looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with. ⸻ What You’ll Help Us Do Existing Websites You’ll help evaluate and improve existing nonprofit websites by: * Performing comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO audits * Identifying technical SEO issues * Conducting keyword and topic research * Improving content strategy and optimization * Recommending internal linking improvements * Implementing or recommending schema markup * Improving Core Web Vitals and technical performance * Identifying authority-building opportunities * Developing reporting and measurement strategies New Website Projects Many of our websites are built from scratch. Rather than optimizing after launch, we’d like search best practices incorporated throughout the planning and development process. You’ll collaborate with our strategy, copywriting, design, and web development teams to help define: * Site architecture * Navigation structure * URL strategy * Keyword-driven page planning * Information architecture * Metadata recommendations * Internal linking strategy * Schema recommendations * Technical SEO requirements for developers * AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) * Launch checklists and post-launch validation Our goal is to launch websites that are technically sound, easy to discover, and well-positioned for both traditional search engines and emerging AI search experiences. ⸻ What We’d Like From You Rather than simply telling us you’re an SEO expert, we’d like to understand how you think. Please answer the following: 1. How would you structure this as a service? Imagine you’re helping us build a white-label Search Visibility service for nonprofit organizations. What would your recommended service tiers look like? For example: * Good * Better * Best For each tier, please explain: * What’s included * Whether it’s one-time or ongoing * Typical timeline * Expected outcomes * Which organizations each tier is best suited for * What price range you would recommend charging ⸻ 2. Walk us through your methodology. Suppose we’ve just signed a nonprofit client that’s launching a new website. How would you approach: * Discovery * Research * Planning * Development collaboration * Content optimization * Technical implementation * Launch * Ongoing optimization What does your process look like? ⸻ 3. How has AI changed SEO? We’re interested in your perspective on: * Traditional SEO * AEO * GEO * Google AI Overviews * ChatGPT * Perplexity * Gemini * Claude How should nonprofit organizations prepare for the next 2–3 years? ⸻ 4. Help us productize this service. We’re looking for a long-term partner—not just someone to complete tasks. If you were building this service inside an agency: * Which deliverables would be one-time? * Which should be monthly recurring? * Which provide the highest ROI? * What should clients reasonably expect at different budget levels? ⸻ 5. Pricing Please share: * Typical pricing for an audit * Typical monthly engagement pricing * Pricing for implementation work * Whether you charge hourly, project-based, or retainer * Which pricing model you’ve found works best for agency partnerships ⸻ 6. Experience Please include: * Websites you’ve helped improve * Case studies or measurable results * Industries you’ve worked with * Experience with nonprofit organizations (preferred but not required) ⸻ Tools & Experience Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: * Google Search Console * GA4 * Ahrefs * SEMrush * Screaming Frog * Schema implementation * Technical SEO * WordPress * Webflow * Content strategy * AI search optimization * Core Web Vitals * Information architecture ⸻ What Success Looks Like We’re not simply looking for someone to execute SEO tasks. We’re looking for a strategic partner who can help us: * Deliver exceptional search visibility for nonprofit clients * Build websites that are optimized from day one * Develop repeatable service packages we can confidently sell * Stay ahead of how AI is changing search If you’re passionate about where search is headed and enjoy helping agencies build scalable service offerings, we’d love to hear from you. When you apply, please begin your proposal with the phrase “Search is changing.” This helps us quickly identify applicants who have read the full posting.
