# Senior Designer Needed: Transform Marketing Whitepaper into Executive Thought Leadership PDF (1-Week Turnaround) ## Project Overview I'm looking for an experienced designer to transform an existing whitepaper into a polished, executive-level thought leadership piece. This is not simply a layout or formatting project. I need someone who can take the content, develop a compelling visual narrative, create custom diagrams and graphics, and produce a professional PDF that feels credible, authoritative, and worthy of being shared with CMOs, marketing leaders, and executives. The topic focuses on the future of marketing measurement and how attribution, ROAS, and AI are changing how organizations evaluate marketing performance. ## What I Need The successful freelancer will: * Design a complete thought leadership PDF from provided content * Create a strong visual concept and design system * Develop custom diagrams, frameworks, charts, and illustrations where appropriate * Source or create supporting imagery * Reduce reliance on dense text through visual storytelling * Create a professional reading experience that executives can skim and quickly understand * Follow existing brand guidelines and CMA (Canadian Marketing Association) brand standards * Deliver a polished, publication-ready PDF ## Design Direction The current draft is too text-heavy and needs to become significantly more visual. The ideal designer will help transform long-form content into: * Executive-style thought leadership * Clean, modern layouts * High-end consulting/report design * Strong use of whitespace * Easy-to-scan pages * Clear visual hierarchy * Custom diagrams that simplify complex concepts A key goal is making each page understandable within 30 seconds. Where appropriate, replace paragraphs with: * Diagrams * Frameworks * Visual models * Infographics * Charts * Conceptual illustrations ## Content Structure The document will be organized into: 1. Executive Introduction / Overview 2. The Old Measurement Model 3. The New Measurement Doctrine * Attribution * ROAS * AI 4. Appendix The content is currently being refined and shortened.
