White Paper Writer - Technology, AI, and Societal/Human Implications

We are looking for a write to  produce original white papers on AI and its implications for technology, society, and human experience — rigorous enough to cite, but accessible enough for the well educated lay person or business leader. The work White papers, primarily. You'll take a thesis, find the evidence, build the argument, and write it up in 10–20 pages with footnotes. You'll also help translate that research into Substack essays — same ideas, shorter form, more human. What we need You've written long-form research before and have samples that demonstrate it. You're comfortable with academic papers, market data, and technical documentation. You write clean, direct prose and know when to let an idea carry its own weight. You don't over-explain. AI/tech familiarity is a must. This is ghostwriting. You're building on an existing framework of ideas and vocabulary — not developing your own platform. Experience writing in someone else's voice matters.
