Whiteboard Animation Expert for Investor-Focused Dental Technology Video — Editable Source Files Required Project Overview American Implants Group (AIG) is seeking an experienced whiteboard-animation specialist to create a professional, engaging, investor-focused animated video explaining our business strategy and vision. AIG is building a U.S.-based dental technology platform focused on dental implants, advanced dental products, manufacturing, education, and related technologies. The animation must communicate a sophisticated business concept in a simple, credible, and visually compelling manner. This is not intended to look like a generic promotional video. It should feel polished, intelligent, professional, and appropriate for potential investors, dentists, strategic partners, manufacturers, and industry executives. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Review our existing script, business overview, website content, and supporting materials. Recommend improvements to the script structure, pacing, visual storytelling, and overall presentation. Create a storyboard showing how each section of the script will be illustrated. Produce a complete whiteboard-style animated video, anticipated to be approximately 3–5 minutes long. Add professional voice-over narration, background music, sound effects, transitions, and captions as appropriate. Incorporate AIG branding, including our logo, fonts, colors, website identity, and professional presentation standards. Create visuals explaining topics such as: The size and growth of the dental implant and dental technology markets The fragmented nature of the dental implant industry Opportunities to acquire, partner with, or develop dental manufacturers The advantages of U.S.-based manufacturing Dental education and implant training Distribution and access to dentists and dental organizations Potential long-term value creation through an integrated dental technology platform AIG’s ability to evaluate multiple opportunities rather than depending on one specific acquisition Provide reasonable revisions after we review the initial version. Critical Requirement: Fully Editable Project We must be able to update the video ourselves after the project is completed. The freelancer must provide: The complete editable source file All original project files All illustrations, icons, graphics, audio files, and other assets The final script and storyboard in editable formats A version in software that we can access and continue using Clear instructions explaining how to change text, images, narration, timing, and individual scenes Preference will be given to freelancers using accessible platforms such as VideoScribe, Vyond, Doodly, Canva, Adobe Express, or another user-friendly system that does not require advanced animation expertise. The freelancer must also provide a live screen-sharing training session of approximately 60–90 minutes showing Dr. Charles Zahedi or a designated AIG team member how to: Edit written content Replace or revise individual scenes Add or remove images Update statistics Modify the voice-over Change the video duration Export updated versions Create shorter versions from the master video A recording of the training session must also be provided for future reference. The final project must not be locked, flattened, or dependent on the freelancer for every future modification. Important Ownership and Confidentiality Requirements The selected freelancer will be required to agree that: All scripts, illustrations, animations, recordings, source files, and completed materials created for this project will become the exclusive property of American Implants Group. The freelancer may not disclose confidential business information or distribute project materials without written permission. No copyrighted or unlicensed materials may be used. Suggested Project Milestones Milestone 1: Script and Creative Direction Review the materials, improve the script, and recommend the visual approach. Milestone 2: Storyboard Prepare the complete scene-by-scene storyboard for approval. Milestone 3: Initial Animation Create the first full draft with preliminary narration and timing. Milestone 4: Revisions and Final Production Complete approved revisions, final narration, captions, audio, and exports. Milestone 5: Source-File Transfer and Training Transfer all editable files and assets and conduct the recorded editing-training session.
