Whiteboard / 2D Animator YouTube Videos 15 minutes

I run a YouTube channel telling stories from the ancient historical and biblical texts, but in a highly clinical, psychological, and reflective style. I'm looking for a reliable video editor/animator to work with long-term. Each video runs 10 to 15 minutes. The script is completely finished before you see it, and the voiceover is already recorded by a professional narrator. You are not writing anything and you are not voicing anything. You are assembling the visuals. The script arrives fully broken down. Every line of narration tells you exactly what visual goes with it and what text appears on screen. I rely on a strict script formula, meaning the pacing and structure will be highly consistent for you to work with from video to video. The Visual Style: The Look: Minimalist vector art (SVG). Black line drawings on a clean, specific cream background. NO 3D, NO complex shading, and absolutely NO standard stock video footage (no glowing clouds, nature clips, etc.). No Drawing Hands: You are welcome to use standard whiteboard software (like VideoScribe/Doodly) or Adobe Premiere/After Effects with stock vector libraries, but you must turn off the drawing hand animation. Assets should simply "pop" or hard-cut onto the screen to keep the visual burstiness high. Smart Asset Use: You do not need to create custom illustrations from scratch. You can mix and match pre-existing line-art assets, and reusing effective character animations across videos is encouraged—as long as each scene fits the moment. Consistency: The same line weight on every asset, from the first second to the last. A video where the style drifts or pixelates halfway through because you mixed SVGs with PNGs is not usable. Text and Pacing Rules: High Visual Density: We operate on a strict "10-Second Rule." The screen rarely stays static for more than 10 seconds. You will be dealing with constant micro-animations, popping text, or changing assets. Impact Text Only: No auto-generated rolling captions. Text is only placed on screen when manually dictated by the script using our mandated font (Montserrat). Color Control: We use exactly ONE accent color for high-impact trigger words. No multi-colored highlights. Audio is Master: The narration audio dictates the timeline. You can stretch or shorten silences as needed for the visuals, but the voiceover itself is never time-stretched or pitch-shifted. What I need from you in your proposal: A video you've made in a similar pop-on, vector, or whiteboard style that runs 5 minutes or longer (short sizzle reels do not show me how you pace a long video). What software you use to build the animations. (Deliverables will be in standard 1080p). How many days it takes you to complete.
