Wise Business Account Setup Expert

Overview GlobeStart Commerce is looking for a specialist who can handle client paperwork coordination with our UK team and, most importantly, has deep hands-on expertise opening Wise Business accounts, especially for UK LTD companies with non-UK resident directors. What You'll Do Coordinate and prepare incorporation/KYC paperwork, then hand it off cleanly to our UK team Open and successfully verify Wise Business accounts (this is the core of the role) Advise on required documents, common rejection triggers, and how to structure applications to pass verification Troubleshoot flagged, rejected, or banned account situations and know realistic recovery and alternative paths Must-Have Experience Proven track record opening Wise Business accounts (please describe specific cases in your proposal) Strong knowledge of Wise's KYC/verification requirements and what causes rejections Familiarity with UK LTD company documentation (Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association) Experience with non-UK resident director setups Organized, responsive, and comfortable with document handling and back-office coordination Nice to Have Experience with alternative EMIs (Airwallex, Tide, Revolut Business) Knowledge of Shopify/Stripe/PayPal payment stack requirements To Apply Briefly describe: how many Wise Business accounts you've opened, your success rate with non-UK directors, and the most common reason you've seen applications rejected.
