Website: https://www.jordanandbrooke.com.au/ Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Wix Website Developer & Designer to oversee the ongoing maintenance, development, and optimisation of our website. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical Wix expertise with an eye for design and user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure our website remains functional, engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand. This is a part-time role with the potential for a long-term working relationship. Key Responsibilities Website Maintenance & Support * Monitor website performance and functionality * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues and bugs * Perform routine website maintenance and updates * Ensure website responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices * Maintain website security and best-practice standards Website Development * Build, modify, and optimise website pages using Wix (USA Landing page) * Develop landing pages for marketing campaigns and new services * Implement new website features and functionality * Manage integrations with forms, booking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications * Support SEO-related website improvements Website Design & User Experience * Improve website design, layout, and navigation * Ensure a consistent and professional brand experience * Create visually appealing page designs that support conversions and user engagement * Recommend improvements based on user behaviour and website performance Collaboration & Reporting * Work collaboratively with the Jordan & Brooke team * Provide updates on completed tasks and project progress * Offer recommendations for website enhancements and optimisation opportunities Essential Requirements * Proven experience developing and managing Wix websites * Strong understanding of website design and UX/UI principles * Experience creating high-converting landing pages * Knowledge of SEO best practices * Experience integrating third-party tools and automations * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines Desirable Skills * Experience working with education, tutoring, or service-based businesses * Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance reporting * Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies * Experience with email marketing integrations and CRM systems Engagement Details * Ongoing role * Flexible working arrangements * Remote position * Opportunity for a long-term partnership with a growing education company Application Requirements Please include: 1.
