Wix single-page website rebuild - full design + build to a complete, ready-made brief

I'm rebuilding my personal brand website on Wix (Business Premium) as a single-page scrolling site. I'm an author and speaker. This is a design-and-build job, and the planning is already done — I have finished copy, a clear section-by-section structure, and a detailed build spec, all of which I'll share with the designer I hire. You'd be building to a clear plan, and I'll provide an ideal sample based on websites I have researched and like, so not starting from scratch. I'm after a calm, premium, content-led feel — clean design, polished, not generic or template-y. Scope: a single-page scrolling site of around 9 sections, including a video hero, scrolling quote/testimonial strips, a tiered "work with me" section, book links, embedded media, and an enquiry form. Plus the setup behind it: A newsletter sign-up that feeds my existing newsletter platform directly. An enquiry form that reliably emails me. Online booking and payment set up for paid group sessions and one-to-one appointments (self-serve, no manual admin) — including masterclasses, drop-in classes, and private sessions. Timeline: I'd like the site live within about 2 weeks, but tell me your realistic turnaround — if you can deliver well sooner, even better. I care more about it being done properly than rushed. What I provide: all copy, structure, the build spec, images and media. You provide the design craft and Wix execution. Overall, I want the finished site to be as automated and low-maintenance as possible — bookings, payments, enquiries and sign-ups all flowing through cleanly on their own, so I'm not doing manual admin behind the scenes.
