Women's Fashion Pattern Maker & Sample Development (Long-Term Opportunity)

Hi! I'm developing a women's fashion mini collection consisting of approximately 6–10 styles and am looking for an experienced pattern maker who can also assist with sample development and, eventually, small-batch production. I'm looking for someone with strong technical expertise in women's apparel who can collaborate with me throughout the development process—from concept to production. The collection will include a mix of: * Fashion tops (including embellished and graphic styles) * Hoodies * Skirts * Pants and denim * Leggings Phase 1: Pattern Development * Create production-ready patterns for each style * Grade patterns (minimum XS–L) * Revise patterns based on fit feedback and sample adjustments Phase 2: Sample Development * Produce 1–2 samples per style (initial sample plus revised sample if needed) * High-quality construction with clean finishing and attention to detail Phase 3: Small-Batch Production Once samples are approved, I'd like to move into a small production run (final quantities to be determined). Initial Consultation Before beginning development, I'd like to schedule a brief 15-minute consultation to discuss each style's construction, feasibility, estimated timeline, and pricing.
