WooCommerce Drop-Ship Listing Manager (Weekends) – 2 Days/Week | $40/Month Flat Rate

We operate a WooCommerce store drop-shipping inventory from a partner retailer. A custom web scraper monitors the partner store three times daily and generates a report of new and removed listings. Your job is straightforward: on your assigned days, add new products to our WooCommerce store and set removed products to out of stock. Your schedule: Saturday, Sunday This is a sole role for the weekend coverage window. You are responsible for ensuring the catalogue is updated on both assigned days without exception. This is a daily commitment on your scheduled days. Every single assigned day, no exceptions — no skipping, no catching up the next day, no missed days for any reason. If you are not able to commit to completing this task every Saturday and Sunday without fail, this is not the right role for you. What the work looks like New listings take 4–6 minutes each, with most of that time spent on background removal. Removals are a quick stock adjustment. Weekly volume will fluctuate — the flat rate accounts for this variability. The rate includes a small premium over our weekday equivalent to reflect that this is weekend work. What you'll be provided WooCommerce staff login Shared Google Sheet — update it daily with listings added, listings removed, and any notes Custom Gemini Gem for generating product descriptions What you'll need to provide Your own Gmail account, Gemini access (free), and software for background removal and basic image editing. Output must be clean, professional, and watermark-free. Daily process Update the shared Google Sheet at the end of every session without exception. If you encounter a product that does not fit any existing category, send a quick Upwork message flagging it — do not guess. Category structure is managed on our end and will be updated as needed. Before moving on from each listing, review the live preview and confirm price, categories, stock status, and photos are correct. A listing is not complete until the preview looks right. What we're looking for Someone who owns this process independently for the weekend window. We're paying a rate that includes a weekend premium to attract someone accurate, consistent, and self-directed. Reliability is the single most important quality for this role. We will provide a company email address so we can modify the Gemini Gem as needed to stay on top of quality control.
