Wood Furniture Web Research & Product Data Entry Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to research wood furniture products and create product reference sheets using our Canva template. This is a long-term project covering multiple furniture manufacturer websites with hundreds of products. Your Responsibilities Research publicly available product information from the manufacturer websites we provide. Download high-quality product images from the manufacturer websites (no screenshots). Complete our Canva template with the collected product information. If the same product is available in different colours, finishes, sizes, or wood types, combine all variations into a single reference sheet and indicate the available options. Organize downloaded images, Canva files, and exported PDFs according to our required folder structure and naming convention. For each product, you will prepare two versions: Master Version – Contains the complete product reference, including internal information for our team. Supplier Version – A shareable version with selected internal information removed. Instructions will be provided after hiring. We will provide the Canva template, folder structure, and workflow guidelines. Suggestions to improve the template or workflow are always welcome. Requirements Strong attention to detail and consistency. Experience using Canva or similar design software. Ability to research and organize information accurately. Good file management and organizational skills. Reliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right freelancer.
