MS Word and Google Doc Report Template

We are seeking an experienced freelance designer/document specialist to create a professional, branded report template in both Microsoft Word and Google Docs. The template must follow an already established brand guide and be designed for ongoing internal use, meaning it needs to be visually polished, easy to edit, and functional for repeated use. Project Scope: • Create a professionally designed report template in both Microsoft Word and Google Docs • Follow an existing brand guide (fonts, colors, spacing, typography, logo usage, visual standards, etc.) • Design a clean, polished, and professional layout that reflects our brand identity • Include editable charts and graphs where possible (must be easy for non-designers to update) • Create reusable formatting styles and consistency throughout the document Template Features Needed: Cover page design Table of contents formatting Consistent heading hierarchy/styles Branded page layouts Editable charts/graphs and data visualizations Styled tables and callout sections Headers/footers and page numbering Pull quotes, highlight boxes, or other visual content sections as appropriate Easy-to-update formatting for future reports Deliverables: Fully editable Microsoft Word template (.dotx or .docx) Fully editable Google Docs version Template files that preserve formatting across platforms as much as possible Editable chart/graph elements (not flattened images unless absolutely necessary) A brief explanation/documentation for updating charts and styles if needed
