WordPress Content Upload Assistant (Long-Term, Easy Tasks)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team for a long-term role in uploading and formatting content on our WordPress site. This is a straightforward and repetitive task that involves minimal editing and is easy to learn. Step-by-Step Responsibilities: 1. Receive Templates and Prompts: You’ll be provided with a specific article template and a document containing prompts. 2. Generate Content Using AI Tools: Follow the prompts to generate the article text using tools like ChatGPT or similar. 4. Copy and Paste into WordPress: Simply copy the generated content and paste it into the WordPress editor. 4. Link and Format According to Template: Add any necessary links and ensure the content follows the provided template. Everything is templated and easy to follow. 5. Create an Image with Canva: Use Canva (or a similar tool) to create a simple image as required by the template. We’ll provide guidance on this. 6. Publish the Content: Once everything is in place, you’ll publish the post on our WordPress site. Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is: - Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely. - Familiar with WordPress (preferred, but not required—training will be provided). - Comfortable using basic AI tools and Canva for image creation. - Interested in long-term, project-based work with a bit of a background in content marketing or SEO (a plus, but not essential).
