WordPress Developer — Elementor + Custom Dev (Ongoing / White Label)

About the role We run a digital marketing agency based in Australia. We build and manage WordPress websites for clients and need a developer who can handle both Elementor-level work and real custom development — PHP, custom CSS, JavaScript, and theme-level changes. This starts with fixing a set of visual and functional issues on our current site, which uses a premium theme with custom Elementor widgets. If the quality is there, we want an ongoing white-label relationship where you work on client sites under our brand. Current scope of work: Fix visual inconsistencies on our WordPress/Elementor site Work with a premium theme that uses custom Elementor widgets Custom CSS adjustments and any JS/PHP required to resolve issues properly Contact Form 7 — form configuration and styling CRM integration (Monday.com) — existing setup to be reviewed and fixed if needed What we're looking for long-term: White-label website developer for ongoing client work Someone who solves problems at the root level — not workarounds or plugin-heavy fixes Available for Australian business hours or close to it Responsive, clear communicator — we brief via Loom and written docs Required skills: WordPress — solid understanding of theme architecture, hooks, child themes Elementor — including custom widget themes and Pro features Custom CSS and responsive layout experience PHP and JavaScript — at least working proficiency Contact Form 7 CRM integrations (Monday.com or similar) Nice to have: Experience working with marketing agencies as a white-label dev Google Tag Manager / analytics setup Page speed and Core Web Vitals optimisation To apply: Include a link to 2–3 WordPress sites you've built or worked on.
