WordPress Developer Needed to Build Real Estate Website on Existing Kadence Setup

I need an experienced WordPress developer to build a clean conversion focused real estate website on an existing WordPress installation that is already set up and configured. The site is live at dankaercher.com on WP Engine hosting with Kadence theme, Kadence Blocks Pro, and RankMath SEO already configured. I am not starting from scratch — the foundation is built and I need someone to build the design and migrate content. Reference site for design direction: carolroyseteam.com What I need built: Homepage with full screen hero image, headline, and a white card overlay with three clickable options — I'm Buying, I'm Selling, Get Cash Offers — plus a prominent phone number button. Similar layout to the reference site with our own branding and content. Six core pages — I'm Buying, I'm Selling, Get Cash Offers, Meet Dan, Reviews, Blog Each of the buying and selling pages needs a simple multi step form that asks qualifying questions and captures lead contact information Migration of 15 plus blog posts from an existing site to the new WordPress installation with proper 301 redirects from old URLs to new URLs to preserve Google search rankings All content, images, brand assets, and SEO copy are already written and ready to hand over. RankMath SEO is configured. You just need to build the design and migrate the content. Important: The existing SEO configuration including RankMath settings, schema markup, and Google Search Console must be preserved throughout the build.
