WordPress Developer (Oxygen Builder)

Established US home services company seeking a WordPress developer with real Oxygen Builder experience. If your background is Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg only, this isn't the right fit. We want someone with 5+ years of WordPress experience who has worked on established companies' live production sites. At least one of your portfolio examples must be improvement or maintenance work on an existing site, not a new build. Phase 1: fixed price project. Bid on this scope: Technical cleanup from a completed audit: approximately 42 broken internal links, 57 redirect chains, duplicate title tags, and schema gaps Execute our content consolidation plan: merge and redirect competing pages per our documentation (we provide the decisions and the copy, you implement) Build a Case Studies custom post type (ACF or Meta Box) with service and city taxonomies that automatically displays matching case studies on existing service pages and city pages via Oxygen repeaters and custom queries Build a Press and Media section: CPT driven page with TV appearance video embeds and an "as seen on" logo treatment Integrate Project Map It (embed placement and styling) Expand structured data sitewide: Organization, Service, FAQPage, and related schema Bids must be itemized per line item above, with a total and timeline. Payment in funded milestones, so nothing releases until work is delivered. Phase 2: ongoing retainer. Guaranteed 20 hrs/month at $22-25/hr for site maintenance, small builds from a prioritized backlog, template support for our content team, and implementation of SEO recommendations. After 90 days of solid work, the rate increases to $25-28/hr. Builds too large for the monthly block are scoped as separate fixed price projects. Long term engagement for the right person.
