WordPress Developer & With Some Design Experience (Ongoing Agency Position)

We are a small but growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who also has some WordPress Design Ability. Being an Elementor Specialist is helpful as well. We are looking for someone to work blocks of hours and or projects to start. Then, over time, there is opportunity for more work and growth. Our team communicates daily through Slack and project management systems. We are looking for someone who is responsive, organized, comfortable asking questions, and able to manage tasks independently while keeping the team informed. * To be successful in this role, you should: * Communicate clearly and professionally Be responsive during agreed working hours Track your time accurately Be comfortable working within established processes and workflows Take ownership of your work and follow tasks through to completion Review and test your work before submission Be dependable and consistent Be available for at least partial overlap with EST business hours Technical skills are important, but reliability, communication, and accountability are equally important to us. * About the Role * This position involves a combination of website support, troubleshooting, ongoing updates, landing page development, and WordPress website builds. While a significant portion of the role focuses on maintaining and improving existing client websites, you will also build new websites and landing pages using Elementor, premium WordPress themes, and provided HTML designs or design mockups. * Responsibilities * Tasks may include: Building websites and landing pages using Elementor Developing pages from provided HTML designs or design mockups Recreating and matching existing website designs Customizing premium WordPress themes Troubleshooting WordPress, plugin, and layout issues Performing website updates and testing functionality Implementing client revisions and content updates Fixing responsive and mobile display issues Gravity Forms setup, configuration, and updates Assisting with website optimization and technical improvements General website maintenance and support * Required Experience * You should have strong working knowledge of: WordPress Elementor Gravity Forms Website troubleshooting and debugging Responsive/mobile optimization CSS and HTML Plugin and theme conflict resolution FTP and cPanel Premium WordPress theme setup and customization Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following is considered an asset: Technical SEO Website speed optimization Hosting and server management Conversion-focused landing page design Advanced Elementor customization Experience working with marketing agencies * Trial Period * We will begin with a paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both sides before moving into an ongoing role. * To Apply, Please Include * Your timezone and typical working hours Your hourly rate Links to recent WordPress and Elementor projects Your experience troubleshooting WordPress websites Your experience with Gravity Forms A brief introduction about yourself and your workflow Please begin your application with the word "Blueprint" so we know you have read the full posting.
