WordPress Developer for Website Update

We are looking for a WordPress/Elementor Pro developer to make two clean, well-defined additions to our existing staffing agency website. Everything has already been designed — your job is to build to the spec, not make any design decisions. Task 1 is adding a full-width credentials banner directly below the homepage hero section. The banner displays three organization logos in equal columns with a branded header label, light grey background, and maroon accent border. All logo files are provided. Task 2 is building a new blog index page from scratch using Elementor Pro. The page includes a hero banner with search and category filters, a featured article card, a dynamic article grid, an inline CTA banner, a sticky sidebar with a lead capture form, and a dual conversion section at the bottom for two separate audience types. Both tasks are fully documented. You will receive a complete HTML mockup for each task to use as a visual reference, all image assets ready to use, a plain-English step-by-step written guide with exact colors, font sizes, spacing values, and CSS snippets, and WordPress admin access upon hiring.
