# Website Developer Needed – Custom Quotation Form with Client Acceptance & PDF Generation ## Overview We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a custom quotation form system that integrates into our existing website. The system must allow staff to create structured quotations, generate secure shareable links for clients, and enable clients to review, accept, and sign quotations online. ## Project Requirements We need a quotation form system with the following features: ### 1. Staff Access (Secure/Internal Use) * A quotation form accessible from the front end of our website * Must be **password protected** (staff only access) * Not publicly accessible ### 2. Pre-Filled Business Details When staff open the form, the following should already be pre-filled: * Business logo * Business name * Business contact details * Any standard company information ### 3. Quotation Creation Fields The form should include: * Client name * Phone number * Email address * Site address * Scope of work * Job notes * Payment details * Deposit amount/items * Attachments upload (PDF, JPG, images, and other file types) ### 4. Terms & Conditions * Link to terms and conditions must be included in the quotation * Client must be able to view before acceptance ### 5. Quotation Link Generation * Ability to generate a unique quotation link for each job * Option to: * Copy link manually OR * Automatically send via email * Link should open in browser and be **read-only for clients** ### 6. Client Side (View & Accept) When client opens the quotation link: * They can only view (no editing allowed) * They can accept terms and conditions * Must be able to sign using finger or mouse (digital signature) * Button to “Accept Quotation” / “Submit Acceptance” ### 7. Final Output Automation After client submission: * A **PDF version of the signed quotation is automatically generated** * PDF is emailed to: * Client * Our business email * Each quotation must have a **unique reference number** ## Ideal Skills * Web development (PHP / Laravel / Node.js / WordPress custom development or similar) * Form building and backend logic * PDF generation tools * Email automation * Experience with e-signature functionality * Secure access control systems ## Notes * This is a business-critical system, so reliability and security are important * We do not want any ongoing cost realed to this project.
