WordPress Elementor Website + n8n Workflow Integration
Worldwide
NEVIE SITE + N8N We are looking for an experienced WordPress / Elementor developer who can also connect website forms to existing n8n workflows. This is a serious launch-readiness project for NEVIE-GLOBAL™, a premium technology and innovation brand. Important: this is not a full website rebuild from zero. The website already exists and is built with WordPress / Elementor / Astra. NEVIE-GLOBAL™ already has active n8n workflows. These workflows are already created. The goal is not to rebuild them from zero. The goal is to improve the existing website and connect selected website forms to existing n8n webhook URLs, map the fields correctly, test everything end-to-end, and document the connections. We need someone who can handle both parts: 1. Premium WordPress / Elementor website improvement. 2. Simple and secure connection of selected forms to existing n8n workflows. If you are only a designer and have no real webhook / n8n / automation experience, please do not apply. If you are only an automation developer and cannot work properly inside WordPress / Elementor, please do not apply. We need someone practical, careful, professional, honest, and able to improve the website without breaking the existing structure. ABOUT NEVIE-GLOBAL™ NEVIE-GLOBAL™ is a premium technology and innovation brand focused on: - smart connected products; - Founder products; - smart rings; - smart bracelets; - premium digital products; - AI services; - automation workflows; - future technology projects; - innovation and R&D concepts. The site must feel more premium, more credible, more structured, more mobile-friendly, more e-commerce oriented and more ready for launch. The current website should not feel like: - an unfinished concept; - a generic WordPress template; - a fake e-commerce website; - a confusing AI-generated page; - a low-quality corporate website; - a technical demo without business clarity. It must feel like a serious international premium technology brand. MAIN OBJECTIVE The objective is to improve the existing website before public launch and connect selected forms to existing n8n workflows. The work must focus on visible, high-impact improvements: - premium visual improvements; - mobile UX improvements; - hamburger menu / mobile navigation correction; - overflow and layout issues; - navigation clarity; - active menu state correction; - CTA/status clarity; - forms and lead capture improvement; - product / pre-order / R&D separation; - trust sections; - footer improvement; - legal page structure; - privacy/cookie structure; - basic SEO cleanup; - selected form-to-n8n webhook connections; - end-to-end testing; - final report. This first project is a fixed-price test project. If the work is serious, professional and well documented, future milestones may follow. CURRENT WEBSITE CONTEXT The website is already online and built with WordPress / Elementor / Astra. The current problem is not only design. The website needs to become: - clearer; - more premium; - more credible; - more mobile-friendly; - more product-oriented; - more e-commerce oriented; - more structured; - more trustworthy; - easier to understand; - ready to show to visitors, suppliers, partners, freelancers, investors and potential customers. The visitor must quickly understand: - what NEVIE-GLOBAL™ is; - what is available now; - what is coming soon; - what can be pre-ordered; - what is only R&D / future concept; - how to contact us; - how to request access; - how to join a waiting list; - what happens after clicking a button; - what happens after submitting a form. CURRENT PROBLEMS TO REVIEW AND IMPROVE The freelancer must review and improve issues such as: 1. The website does not yet feel premium enough. 2. The mobile version needs improvement. 3. Navigation is not clear enough. 4. The mobile menu / hamburger menu must be checked and corrected if needed. 5. There may be overflow or layout issues on mobile. 6. The header and menu structure must be reviewed. 7. Active menu states must be corrected if they are wrong. 8. Products, pre-orders, AI services, automation services and R&D concepts are mixed too much. 9. The visitor may not understand what is available now, what is coming soon, and what is only a future concept. 10. Some CTAs may be misleading or not linked to a real user journey. 11. Some buttons may not lead to a real purchase, pre-order, contact, quote request or waiting list flow. 12. Forms must be reviewed, improved and connected where required. 13. Product sections need clearer status indicators. 14. Founder products need clearer presentation. 15. Automation/workflow service sections need clearer business-oriented explanation. 16. Legal pages need a cleaner structure. 17. Privacy and cookie pages must look more professional. 18. The footer must look more credible. 19. The website must not expose internal technical infrastructure. 20. Basic SEO structure must be improved. 21. Weak, unfinished, confusing or non-credible sections must be corrected or clearly identified. 22. The final website must feel more credible, more premium and more launch-ready. PART 1 — WORDPRESS / ELEMENTOR WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS The freelancer must improve the current WordPress / Elementor website directly. The website should become: - cleaner; - more premium; - more luxury-tech; - more professional; - more mobile-friendly; - more e-commerce oriented; - easier to understand; - more credible for customers, partners, suppliers and investors. VISUAL DIRECTION The visual direction must be: - black and gold; - premium; - elegant; - modern; - minimal; - luxury-tech; - professional; - mobile-first; - international; - credible; - conversion-focused. The site must not look like: - an unfinished concept; - a generic WordPress template; - a fake shop; - a confusing AI-generated page; - a low-quality corporate website; - a page full of technical claims without structure. HOMEPAGE IMPROVEMENTS The homepage must clearly explain: 1. What NEVIE-GLOBAL™ is. 2. What products or services are available now. 3. What is coming soon. 4. What is pre-order. 5. What is R&D / future concept. 6. What the visitor should do next. The freelancer must improve: - hero section; - headline clarity; - subtitle clarity; - primary CTA; - secondary CTA; - section order; - product/service blocks; - trust blocks; - visual hierarchy; - mobile spacing; - visual rhythm; - footer structure; - overall conversion flow. The homepage must not overload the visitor with too many unclear concepts. NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENTS The navigation must be more product-oriented and easier to understand. The menu should help visitors quickly find: - Founder Products; - Smart Rings; - Smart Bracelets; - AI Services; - Automation Workflows; - Innovation Lab / Future Concepts; - About; - Contact; - Legal pages. The menu must not be too abstract or too conceptual. The navigation should make the offer easier to understand. MOBILE UX IMPROVEMENTS Mobile is very important because most visitors may come from social media, ads, LinkedIn or direct mobile traffic. The freelancer must review and improve: - mobile homepage; - mobile menu; - hamburger menu; - section spacing; - text readability; - button size; - CTA visibility; - product cards; - form usability; - visual hierarchy; - mobile layout; - mobile footer; - mobile product/service sections; - page loading perception. The mobile experience must feel premium and easy to use. CTA / STATUS CLARITY All call-to-action buttons must be reviewed. The CTA wording must match the real status of the product or service. Examples: - “Buy” only if a real purchase/payment flow exists. - “Pre-order Request” for pre-order products. - “Join Waiting List” for upcoming products. - “Request Access” for Founder-related access. - “Contact Us” for general requests. - “Request Quote” for services. - “Explore Collection” for product discovery. - “Explore Services” for AI/automation services. Important: If a product cannot actually be purchased yet, do not use misleading “Buy” CTAs. If there is no fully validated payment flow, use clear CTAs such as: - Join Waiting List; - Request Access; - Pre-order Request; - Contact Us; - Request Information. The visitor must understand what happens after clicking. PRODUCT / PRE-ORDER / R&D SEPARATION The website must clearly separate: - available products; - pre-order products; - Founder products; - AI services; - automation/workflow services; - R&D / future concepts. This is critical for credibility. A future concept must not look like an available product. A pre-order product must not look like an immediately available product unless it really is. A service must not be confused with a physical product. PRODUCT SECTION IMPROVEMENTS If product pages exist, they must be improved. If products are currently shown only as sections, these sections must be improved. Product presentation should include where relevant: - clear product name; - clear product category; - consistent pricing; - product status: available / pre-order / coming soon / R&D concept; - short benefit-focused description; - simple specifications if available; - CTA aligned with real status; - delivery / return / guarantee information if sales are active; - FAQ if relevant; - clean premium layout; - mobile-friendly presentation. We do not want vague, exaggerated or confusing product descriptions. FOUNDER PRODUCTS Founder products must be presented clearly and credibly. If the website includes Founder Card, Founder Box or Founder access, the freelancer must help make the offer clearer: - what it is; - who it is for; - what the visitor receives; - whether it is available, pre-order or waiting list; - what happens after submitting a request; - what CTA should be used; - how to avoid false purchase expectations. AI SERVICES AND AUTOMATION WORKFLOW SECTIONS NEVIE-GLOBAL™ also includes AI services and automation workflow services. These sections must be clearer, simpler and more business-oriented. The site should explain: - what business problem the automation service solves; - what the visitor can request; - how the process works at a high level; - what happens after submitting a form; - whether it is a consultation, request for quote, or future service. Important: The public website must describe business value, not internal technical architecture. Do not publicly expose: - internal tools; - servers; - webhook URLs; - API keys; - database names; - CRM details; - automation architecture; - infrastructure details. FORMS AND LEAD CAPTURE IMPROVEMENTS The site may include several forms: - contact form; - pre-order request form; - waiting list form; - Founder access request form; - AI service request form; - automation/workflow request form; - newsletter form. The freelancer must review and improve: - form layout; - field clarity; - labels; - form CTA; - mobile usability; - confirmation message; - consent wording if needed; - what the user expects after submitting; - whether the form feels credible; - whether the form submits correctly; - whether the form is connected to the correct workflow if required. PART 2 — N8N WORKFLOW CONNECTION This is a key part of the project. NEVIE-GLOBAL™ already has existing n8n workflows. The workflows are already created. The goal is not to rebuild everything from zero. The required work is mainly to connect selected website forms to existing n8n webhook URLs and test the data flow. The freelancer must be able to: 1. Connect WordPress / Elementor forms to existing n8n webhook URLs. 2. Map form fields correctly. 3. Test form submissions end-to-end. 4. Verify that existing n8n workflows receive the correct data. 5. Confirm that form submissions trigger the expected workflow path. 6. Document each form-to-workflow connection. 7. Avoid exposing webhook URLs publicly. 8. Avoid exposing API keys, credentials, server names, database names or internal infrastructure. 9. Work with existing workflows without rebuilding them. 10. Ask for approval before changing anything technical. Important n8n restrictions: - Do not rebuild existing n8n workflows unless separately approved. - Do not modify workflow logic unless separately approved. - Do not delete workflow nodes. - Do not change webhook URLs without approval. - Do not modify APIs or credentials without approval. - Do not expose webhooks or credentials in the public website. - Do not hardcode sensitive data into public pages. - Do not change hosting, DNS or payment settings. Expected n8n-related deliverables: - list of forms connected; - field mapping table; - webhook connection notes; - test submission results; - confirmation that data is received by n8n; - documentation of the form-to-workflow connection; - list of any issue found; - recommendations for future advanced automation if needed. POSSIBLE FORMS TO CONNECT Selected forms may include: - contact form; - pre-order request form; - waiting list form; - Founder access form; - AI service request form; - automation/workflow request form; - newsletter form. Not all forms may need connection during this first phase. The freelancer must identify the priority forms and confirm before connecting them. LEGAL PAGE STRUCTURE The freelancer is not expected to act as a lawyer. However, the freelancer must improve the structure and presentation of legal/trust pages where possible. This may include: - Legal Notice; - Privacy Policy; - Cookie Policy; - Terms and Conditions; - Returns; - Guarantees; - Footer legal links. Important: Do not invent legal information. Do not create false company information. Do not create fake guarantees. If content is missing, identify what is missing and leave a clear placeholder or request the required information. SEO BASICS The freelancer must improve basic on-page SEO where possible. This includes: - page titles; - meta descriptions; - H1 / H2 / H3 hierarchy; - internal links; - clean navigation; - product/service page structure; - homepage clarity; - image alt text where relevant; - URL clarity if accessible; - basic content organization. This is not a full SEO campaign. This is basic SEO cleanup and structural improvement. TRUST AND CREDIBILITY The website must include stronger trust signals. Depending on available content, the freelancer should improve or recommend: - company identity section; - founder/about section; - clear contact information; - premium brand reassurance; - secure payment reassurance if payment exists; - delivery / return / guarantee reassurance if sales exist; - product status clarity; - pre-order status clarity; - FAQ blocks; - professional footer. FOOTER IMPROVEMENTS The footer must look cleaner and more credible. It should help visitors find: - contact; - legal notice; - privacy policy; - cookies; - terms; - returns / guarantees; - product categories; - services; - social links if relevant. VISUAL CONSISTENCY The freelancer must improve consistency across: - colors; - typography; - spacing; - buttons; - icons; - cards; - sections; - product blocks; - forms; - footer; - mobile layout. The website must feel unified. DELIVERABLES The freelancer must deliver: 1. Short initial audit. A concise review explaining the main weaknesses identified before starting corrections. 2. Priority correction list. A clear list of the most important issues to fix first. 3. Direct WordPress / Elementor improvements. The freelancer must directly improve the website, not only send recommendations. 4. Mobile UX corrections. The mobile version must be improved. 5. Improved homepage structure. The homepage must become clearer, more premium and more conversion-oriented. 6. Improved navigation. Menu and user journey must become clearer. 7. Improved product/category structure. Products, pre-orders, services and future concepts must be clearly separated. 8. CTA improvements. Buttons must be clearer and aligned with the real user journey. 9. Form improvements. Forms must be clearer, more mobile-friendly and more credible. 10. Selected form-to-n8n connections. Selected forms must be connected to existing n8n webhook URLs if required. 11. Field mapping. Form fields must be mapped correctly to the expected n8n payload. 12. End-to-end testing. The freelancer must test form submissions from the website to the existing n8n workflows. 13. Documentation. The freelancer must document the form-to-workflow connections. 14. Legal page structure improvements. Legal pages and footer links must be improved where possible. 15. Basic SEO cleanup. Basic on-page SEO structure must be improved where possible. 16. Weak section correction. Weak, unfinished, confusing or non-credible sections must be corrected or recommended for removal with approval. 17. Final report. At the end, the freelancer must deliver a short final report explaining: - what was wrong; - what was corrected; - what was improved; - which forms were connected; - which n8n workflows were tested; - what data was sent; - what remains to improve later; - what should be handled in a future milestone. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The project will only be accepted if: 1. The website looks visibly more premium than before. 2. The mobile version is clearly improved. 3. The homepage is clearer and better structured. 4. The navigation is clearer and more product-oriented. 5. Product sections look more credible. 6. Available products, pre-orders, services and future concepts are clearly separated. 7. Automation/workflow sections are clearer and more business-oriented. 8. CTAs are clear and understandable. 9. Forms and lead capture flows are improved. 10. Selected forms are connected to existing n8n workflows if required. 11. Form field mapping is correct. 12. Form submissions are tested end-to-end. 13. Existing n8n workflows receive the correct data. 14. Webhook URLs and technical infrastructure are not exposed publicly. 15. Legal page structure is improved. 16. Basic SEO structure is improved. 17. Weak or unfinished sections are corrected or clearly identified. 18. A short initial audit is delivered. 19. A final report is delivered. We understand that $180 is not enough for a complete rebuild or advanced automation architecture. That is not what we are asking. We need a serious first improvement milestone.
