WordPress Healthcare Website Redesign, Branding, and On-Page SEO

We are open to WordPress (using Elementor, Gutenberg, or another builder), or another suitable platform entirely. The developer should review our needs and recommend the best option based on performance, SEO, security, scalability, and ease of ongoing management. We need a modern, responsive design that feels professional, trustworthy, and approachable, with clean layouts, clear navigation, and no unnecessary clutter. Visitors should be able to understand our services, learn about our providers, and easily request an appointment or contact our team. The project will cover the full website, with the initial focus on the homepage, service pages, provider profiles, patient resources, and appointment flow. Useful existing content should be preserved, while outdated or unnecessary pages should be removed or reorganized. Branding is an important part of the project. We need help refining the colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and messaging so the website communicates both medical credibility and genuine patient care. SEO must also be handled carefully. Existing rankings and traffic should be protected through proper URL planning, redirects, metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, and content migration. The new site should be responsive, accessible, fast, secure, and easy for our team to manage. Experience with healthcare or medical websites is strongly preferred. The right contractor must be based in the United States, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with us throughout the project. We can provide regular feedback and prefer to communicate through Slack. We are looking for someone dependable who can maintain consistent progress and work with us through completion.
